Your privacy

The member experience is a private account, rather than a public member profile. Authorized support can help with account and access questions. Member Mimic does not show private practice history, personal drafts or sign-in credentials. Support viewing uses the administrator’s own identity; it does not require your sign-in code. Never send your password, sign-in code or payment-card details in a support message.

The shared comment control sends your message with page and component context so support can understand what you were looking at. Public visitors and members send text-only comments. A support question is not permission to publish your message or to change your membership.

Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or change the news preference in your account to stop newsletter messages. You do not need to sign in to use an unsubscribe link. Essential messages, including sign-in codes, receipts and service messages, continue separately.
